The eleventh edition of CineLibri, the festival dedicated to films based on literature, has come to an end, but the power of the stories, encounters, and inspiration remains alive. This year’s festival ran under the motto “The Foam of Days”, inspired by the classic novel by Boris Vian. The theme reflected CineLibri’s desire to turn its gaze toward the fragile, poetic, and emotional worlds that literature and cinema can create together.
Continuing our tradition of standing behind meaningful cultural projects
CineLibri once again confirmed its position as one of the most meaningful and recognizable cultural events in Bulgaria, and MOTO-PFOHE Rent a Car had the pleasure of once again being the official automotive transport partner of the festival and its international guests and stars.
Between October 10 and November 3, Sofia and several other Bulgarian cities hosted premieres, literary adaptations, and themed screenings.
CineLibri 2025 presented more than 60 premiere films, around 70 titles in the program, and 37 events, including gala evenings, meetings with creators, and discussions.
Following the trail of international guests
